Chimes; Tambourine (mounted on a stand); Hi-hat cymbal (closed); Xylophone; Break drum; Suspended cymbal (shared w/ player 1); Crash cymbals; Triangle; MedHi & MedLow temple blocks. 
 Percussion III:
Snare drum 1; 5 tom-toms; Tambourine (hand held, shared w/ player 4); Large tam-tam (shared w/ player 4). 
Percussion IV:
Suspended cym; Medium tam-tam; Large tam-tam (shared w/ player 3); Snare drum 2; Tambourine (shared w/ player 3). 
Percussion V:
